Our production
team is intensively working on preparations of the 12th Year of festival KHAMORO,
which will be held during the last week of May in Prague (24.5. – 29.5. 2010).

We Are on
the Long Way 2010
The last week in May young Roma people from the
Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany and Hungary will meet in Prague to learn
more about Roma culture, language and history. International youth meeting
We Are on the Long Way
will take place in the frame of the KHAMRO
festival.

Project
Family Next Door 2009!
The 6th year of the project Family Next Door brought again opportunity to
invite an interesting family living in the same region for a lunch. 57 czech
families with 57 immigrants families met on 22th of November to learn more about
each other, about their cultures, lives, dreams ...

Support to Roma in Prague
The project was financialy supported by ESF programme EQUAL and the topic was
education and employment of Roma. As a national partners were Capital City of
Prague, NGOs, and Basic School Prague 3 involved. Ours transnational partners
were projects realized in Portugal and Slovenia. As a main outcome the Comparative
study was created.

"Education, self-confidence and emancipation"
Roma women group Manushe, section of NGO Slovo 21, is still following this motto
and is still actively working with Roma women both the men and promoting gender
equality inside the Roma community.
