Development and Sustainability of Slovo 21: A Step Forward

We are constantly working on developing our organization because we always want to improve. We focus on strategic planning, project management, and fundraising. We also train our staff and volunteers, as a high-quality team is the foundation of a stable organization. Presenting our organization both online and offline is also important to us. In all of this, we are building on the already successful Capacity Building of Slovo 21 project.

Why capacity building?

‍

It is our way of strengthening the organization from within—increasing our team's expertise and improving the use of available resources. With this new project, we are placing great emphasis on strategic planning, which will allow us to more effectively fulfill our mission: supporting the integration of the Roma minority into mainstream society.

What will we be focusing on?

‍

· Creating a five-year organizational development strategy.

· Working on implementing the communication and fundraising strategy from the previous project.

· Our website will undergo a rebranding and structural change.

· Staff will participate in various training sessions in areas such as fundraising, project management, English and Romani language, as well as Roma history, culture, and traditions.
